Low-salt curried baked fish - sl 1/87

Ingredients

Vegetable cooking spray | ||
8 | eaches | 4-oz orange roughy fillets (or other lean white fish) |
½ | cup | Low-salt reduced calorie mayonnaise |
1 | tablespoon | Chablis or other dry white wine |
1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
½ | teaspoon | Dried whole dillweed |
½ | teaspoon | Curry powder |
Directions
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Coat a broiling rack with cooking spray. Place rack in a shallow baking pan; arrange fillets on rack.
Combine remaining ingredients; spread over fillets. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Yield: 8 servings.
