Low-salt curried baked fish - sl 1/87

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
Vegetable cooking spray
8 eaches 4-oz orange roughy fillets (or other lean white fish)
½ cup Low-salt reduced calorie mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Chablis or other dry white wine
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
½ teaspoon Dried whole dillweed
½ teaspoon Curry powder

Directions

Cooking time: 30 minutes

Coat a broiling rack with cooking spray. Place rack in a shallow baking pan; arrange fillets on rack.

Combine remaining ingredients; spread over fillets. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Yield: 8 servings.
