Low-salt tangy broiled scamp - sl 1/87

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
15 minutes cooking time
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
½ teaspoon Dry mustard
½ teaspoon Dried whole tarragon
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
½ teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Dried whole oregano
1 pounds Scamp fillets or other lean white fish fillets
1 cup Soft low-sodium breadcrumbs
Vegetable cooking spray
1 tablespoon Reduced-calorie margarine; melted

Directions

Cooking time: about 15 minutes. Combine first 6 ingredients in a shallow dish. Dip fish fillets into lemon juice mixture; lightly coat with breadcrumbs. Place on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Drizzle reduced-calorie margarine over fish.

Broil 7" from heat about 7 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Yield: 4 servings.
