Scalloped salmon for two - sl 11/81

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons Onion; chopped
1 tablespoon Green pepper; chopped
2 tablespoons Butter or margarine; melted
1 each (7-3/4 oz) can salmon; drained and flaked
½ cup Evaporated milk
1 tablespoon All-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons ;buttered soft breadcrumbs

Directions

Saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender but not brown.

Add next 4 ingredients; mix well. Spoon mixture into buttered individual baking shells; top with breadcrumbs. Bake at 400F for 15 minutes. Yield: 2 servings.
