Scalloped salmon for two - sl 11/81

Ingredients

2 | tablespoons | Onion; chopped |
1 | tablespoon | Green pepper; chopped |
2 | tablespoons | Butter or margarine; melted |
1 | each | (7-3/4 oz) can salmon; drained and flaked |
½ | cup | Evaporated milk |
1 | tablespoon | All-purpose flour |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
2 | tablespoons | ;buttered soft breadcrumbs |
Directions
Saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender but not brown.
Add next 4 ingredients; mix well. Spoon mixture into buttered individual baking shells; top with breadcrumbs. Bake at 400F for 15 minutes. Yield: 2 servings.
