Luciano pavorotti's uncooked instant pasta sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¾ cup Italian tomato paste
¼ cup Olive oil
4 teaspoons Parsley; chopped finely
1 teaspoon Garlic; minced
Pepper to taste
2 tablespoons Grated parmesan cheese

Directions

Mix all ingredients except cheese in serving bowl. Very important to mix with a fork. Cook pasta of your choic, al dente. Drain, but do not rinse.

Pour sauce over and mix. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately.
