Ingredients

2 | Boxes frozen chopped broccoli | |
1 | pounds | Velveeta, cubed |
2 | Rows Ritz crackers | |
1 | Stick butter, melted |
Directions
Cook broccoli halfway, drain well. Mix with Velveeta. Place in a lightly buttered casserole dish. Crush crackers and mix with butter.
Spread over top of broccoli. Bake at 350 until the cheese is melted and is nicely browned
