Nancy's cheese broccoli casserole

Ingredients

2 packs Frozen, Chooped Broccoli
1 pounds Velvetta Cheese
2 cups Crumbled Ritz Crackers
1 cup Melted Butter
Vegetable spray

Directions

Thaw broccoli before getting started.

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray a 9x13x2 inch baking dish with vegetable spray.

Arrange thawed broccoli evenly on the bottom of the dish. Cut the cheese into ¼ thick slices and arrange evenly on top of the broccoli. Sprinkle crackers over the top of the cheese, add more crackers crumbs if necessary to fully cover the top. Pour the melted butter over the top and bake for 20-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the topping is medium brown.

This recipe makes a hearty but quick and easy side dish and may be re-heated in the oven or microwave.
