Macadamia nut fudge

The dark chocolate inthe fudge contrasts beautifully with the rich
Macadamia nuts.
8 ounces Semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
¾ cup Sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Chopped macadamia nuts

Directions

In double boiler set over hot water and heat chocolate with the condensed milk until melted. Stir in vanilla, and the nuts. Spread fudge into foil lined 8x4 inch loaf pan. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until firm. Remove from pan and peel off foil. Cut into small pieces. Makes about 1-¼ lb. Origin: Canadian Living, December 1994.
