Macaroni with ham and cheese

Quantity Ingredient
4 cups Macaroni
2 tablespoons Butter
1 cup Cooked ham, julienned
1 cup Heavy cream
2 Egg yolks, beaten
1 cup Swiss cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cook macaroni. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter.

Saute ham until brown, approximately 2minutes. Add cream, bring to a boil. Remove from heat and mix in egg yolks. Add grated swiss cheese and return to low heat, stirring constantly until the cheese is melted and sauce is creamy. Season to taste. Add macaroni and toss well. Serve immediately.
