Macedoine de fruit-chilled mixed fruit laced w/liqueurs

Ingredients

7 Or 8 cups
Fruits
SUCH AS papaya, pineapple --
Strawberries,
Cherries, apples, oranges;
OR pineapple, papaya,
Cherries -- blueberries,
Strawberries, honeydew, etc
5 tablespoons Powdered Sugar -- sifted
3 tablespoons Kirsch
3 tablespoons Grand Marnier
3 tablespoons Cognac
At least three different --

Directions

Cut fruits in a suitable variety of shapes, such as dice, wedges, balls, disks, or whatever. Gently combine in a mixing bowl. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and again combine gently. Chill thoroughly. Just before serving fruit, mix liquers and pout over the melange.
