Mad dog's rib rub

Ingredients

¼ | cup | Paprika |
¼ | cup | Ground sweet red pepper |
¼ | cup | Ground black pepper |
¼ | cup | Sugar, granulated |
¼ | cup | Brown Sugar, packed |
1 | tablespoon | Garlic powder |
1 | tablespoon | Ground White Pepper |
1 | tablespoon | Cayenne Pepper |
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a covered bowl and mix well. Use about 2 tablespoons of rub for each side of a rib slab. Rub the slab generously with white vinegar before adding rub. It kicks in the rub.
