Mama's pineapple date nut bread

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Egg
cup Milk
cup Butter; melted
1 cup Crushed pineapple in juice
1 cup Pecans; chopped
1 cup Dates; chopped
cup All-purpose flour
¾ teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Baking powder
¼ teaspoon Baking soda
¾ cup Sugar

Directions

Beat egg; add milk, butter, pineapple, nuts and dates. Blend dry ingredients and add to fruit and nut mixture. Bake in 9" x 5" x 3" loaf pan, which has been greased and floured. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
