Pineapple orange nut loaf

Ingredients

¼ | cup | Shortening |

2 | cups | Flour |
1 | teaspoon | Soda |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
⅓ | cup | Frozen orange juice, thawed |
8¾ | ounce | Can of crushed pineapple, |
Drained | ||
½ | cup | Whole nutmeats |
Directions
Cream together sugar and shortening; add egg. Beat well. Add flour, soda and salt, alternately with orange juice. Stir in pineapple and nuts. Turn into a well greased loaf pan or 3 small loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 12-16-94
