Mango smoothie

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Ripe mango; peeled, pitted, chopped, (approx. 1-1/4 cups)
¾ cup Milk; skim, chilled
¼ cup Nonfat vanilla yogurt
¾ teaspoon Vanilla extract
3 Ice cubes
1 pinch Salt
Fresh mint sprigs

Directions

Combine all ingredients except mint in blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Garnish with mint.
