1 small 100-ml glass fruit juice; 0.5 points
1 tablespoon Low fat natural yoghurt; 0.5 points

Directions

Total points 3½.

The number after each ingredient stands for the number of Weight Watchers 123 success points that ingredient contains.

Process all ingredients together in a blender and chill in the fridge before serving.
