Mango sorbet

2 | cups | Mango, pureed |
2 | tablespoons | Syrup, simple * |
2 | tablespoons | Juice, lime, fresh |
Directions
* Simple syrups are made from 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar mixed together.
Strain the pureed mangos through a chinois (sieve) and add simple syrup. Add the lime juice. Using an ice cream maker, chill and churn until frozen.
