Manhattan fish chowder

Ingredients
Quantity | Ingredient | |

1 | pounds | Fresh or frozen fish fillets |
¼ | cup | Chopped bacon or salt pork |
½ | cup | Chopped onion |
1 | pounds | Can tomatoes, chopped |
1 | cup | Chopped potatoes |
½ | cup | Chopped carrots |
½ | cup | Chopped celery |
¼ | cup | Catsup |
1 | tablespoon | Worcestershire sauce |
2 | tablespoons | Chopped parsley |
Directions
Fry bacon or salt pork till crisp. Remove all but 2 tb. fat. Saute onion till tender.
Add everything but fish. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes till vegies are done. Add fish and simmer covered for 10 more minutes.
Can also be done in the microwave.
