Maple baby back ribs^

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 pounds Pork baby back ribs
¾ cup Maple syrup
¼ cup Frozen apple juice
Concentrate, thawed
¼ cup Green onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
2 teaspoons Soy sauce
½ teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Pepper
Few dashes Tabasco

Directions

GLAZE

Have the meat man cut the ribs in half across the bone. Cut into appetizer size pieces. Roast on a rack at 350F. an hour and 15 minutes. Drain.

Combine glaze ingredients. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer 1 minute.

Brush ribs with glaze. Roast 25-30 more minutes, brushing with glaze.
