Ingredients

4 | pounds | Pork baby back ribs |
¾ | cup | Maple syrup |
¼ | cup | Frozen apple juice |
Concentrate, thawed | ||
¼ | cup | Green onion, thinly sliced |
1 | tablespoon | Brown sugar |
2 | teaspoons | Soy sauce |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
Few dashes Tabasco |
Directions
GLAZE
Have the meat man cut the ribs in half across the bone. Cut into appetizer size pieces. Roast on a rack at 350F. an hour and 15 minutes. Drain.
Combine glaze ingredients. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer 1 minute.
Brush ribs with glaze. Roast 25-30 more minutes, brushing with glaze.
