Maple glazed ribs

Ingredients

3 | pounds | Pork back ribs |
¾ | cup | Maple syrup |
2 | tablespoons | Packed brown sugar |
2 | tablespoons | Ketchup |
1 | tablespoon | Cider vinegar |
1 | tablespoon | Worcestershire sauce |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
½ | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
Directions
In a large pot, cover ribs with water; simmer, covered, for about 1 hour or until tender. Drain and place in a shallow dish.
In a small saucepan, combine remaining ingredients; bring to boil. Pour over ribs; marinate in refrigerator for about 2 hours.
Remove ribs, reserving marinade. Cook, over medium-hot coals or on medium setting on gas, turning occasionally and brush with sauce, for about 20 minutes or until tender and glazed. Cut into single-serving pieces.
