Mara's palm beach swordfish dijon

Swordfish steaks | ||
Dijon mustard | ||
Capers | ||
1 | tablespoon | Dill |
2 | Floz white wine | |
½ | ounce | Melted butter |
Directions
Mix Dijon mustard, white wine, dill and capers together. Coat swordfish steaks in butter and pour Dijon mixture.
Marinate for an hour or more. Bake at 400F until fish is cooked. Serve hot.
