Mara's palm beach swordfish dijon

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
Swordfish steaks
Dijon mustard
Capers
1 tablespoon Dill
2 Floz white wine
½ ounce Melted butter

Directions

Mix Dijon mustard, white wine, dill and capers together. Coat swordfish steaks in butter and pour Dijon mixture.

Marinate for an hour or more. Bake at 400F until fish is cooked. Serve hot.
