Directions
Here is a recipe for a candy I made over the holidays for family and friends. It got rave reviews. It came from a magazine ad for Baker's Chocolate.
Place the white and semisweet chocolate squares in separate bowls. Place one bowl at a time in the microwave for 1 minute on high. Stir and microwave on high for 1 minute more. Stir until the chocolate has melted completely. Repeat with the other bowl of chocolate. Add ½ cup of coconut to each bowl. Cover a cookie sheet with wax paper. Drop spoonfuls of each mixture in an alternating pattern over the wax paper. Take a knife and swirl the two chocolates together and smooth out a little. Place sheet in the refrigerator for 1 hour. After an hour, remove from refrigerator and break candy into medium sized pieces. Store in airtight container.
