Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Consomme; or
1 cup Beef bouillon
1 cup Red wine
cup Soy sauce
½ cup Green onions; sliced
1 cup Garlic; minced
2 tablespoons Lime juice
2 tablespoons Brown sugar

Directions
