Marinated tomato salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Thinly sliced tomatoes
½ cup Thinly sliced red onion
teaspoon Dried basil
¾ teaspoon Dried tarragon
¼ teaspoon Dried oregano
¼ cup Red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Plus (see next line) vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Place tomatoes and onions in a shallow bowl, overlapping slightly.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables. chill several hours to blend flavors.
