Mary's hoisin chicken

Ingredients

3 | pounds | Chicken thighs, legs, OR pieces |
¼ | cup | Hoisin sauce |
¼ | cup | Plum chutney, OR plum sauce |
¼ | cup | Soy sauce |
1 | medium | Piece fresh ginger root, thinly sliced |
1 | Lime, juice of * | |
3 | tablespoons | Cornstarch |
Directions
Mix all the ingredients (except chicken) in a bowl. Add chicken; coat well and put it all in a crockpot. Cook 5-6 hours on low. Serve with rice. Me ke aloha, Mary
