Mashed peas

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Raw geen peas
½ cup Plain non fat yogurt
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
2 Garlic cloves
¼ teaspoon Red pepper flakes
¼ teaspoon Cumin
1 tablespoon Water
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Let peas soak in water over night. Cook peas for 20 minutes. Transferr to a blender add rest of the ingredients. This is a great substitute for those plain mashed potatoes!
