½ | teaspoon | Cumin seeds |
½ | teaspoon | Tobasco sauce |
½ | tablespoon | Cider vinegar |
2 | tablespoons | Water |
2 | tablespoons | Fresh cilantro or parsley |
Directions
Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
