Spicy bean spread

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Vegetarian baked beans; (I used an 8 oz can of Bush's)
1 tablespoon Horseradish; (I used 1 1/2 tsp, I'm a wimp)
½ small Onion; chopped, (I used maybe 1/4 cup)

Directions

I had this for dinner today. It was pretty good, and was something different for a sandwich. You could also stuff a pita with it. I got the recipe from "Simply Vegan" by Debra Wasserman.

Mash the beans with a potato masher. Add horseradish and onion. Spread on whole wheat bread with some ketchup and leaf lettuce. Yum! Mine kept well in a baggie for 5 hours.
