Meatballs in sour cream

1 cup Crushed Corn Chips
1 cup Milk
1 Clove Crushed Garlic
1 tablespoon Parsley Flakes
1 teaspoon Salt
dash Pepper
2 pounds Lean Ground Beef
3 tablespoons Butter
1 cup Finely Chopped Onion
2 tablespoons Flour
1 10 1/2 oz. Condensed Beef
Broth
½ cup Water
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup Sour Cream
Hot Cooked Rice Or
Mashed Potatoes

Directions

Combine corn chips, milk, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Add meat and mix well. Shape into small balls and place in large shallow pan.

Bake in moderate oven 375ø for 20 minutes. Melt butter in 3 quart sauce pan. Add onion and cook until tender, but do not brown. Blend in flour. Add broth, water, and worcestershire sauce. Cook, stirring until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat and blend in sour cream.

Heat but do not boil. Add meatballs and stir gently to avoid breaking them. Serve over rice or potatoes. ENJOY!!!
