Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¼ cup (1 md) egg;
2 cups Ground round;
3 slices Bread; cubed fine;
¼ cup Catsup;
cup Onion; chopped finely
2 tablespoons Green pepper; chopped fine
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Dry Mustard;
1 tablespoon Prepared horseradish; if desired

Directions

Preheat oven to 400F. Mix all ingredients well. Form into a loaf.

Place in foil-lined baking pan and bake until down.
