Mediterranean pasta toss

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
16 ounces Pasta -- ziti
cup Oil -- olive
Peppers, red, lg -- strips
4 ounces Pepperoni -- sliced
Onion, lg -- chopped
Anchovy fillets -- drained
And
Garlic cloves, lg -- minced
Chopped (optional)
¼ teaspoon Pepper
½ cup Olives, ripe, pitted --
Sliced

Directions

Prepare pasta as directed on package; drain. meanwhile, cook and stir red peppers, onion, garlic and pepper in hot oil until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients; heat. Toss with pasta.
