Melon creme pie

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 cups Cantaloupe; diced
1 pinch Sea salt
Spring water
1 cup Apple juice
3 Chunks tofu; (about 4 ounces) (up to 4)
4 tablespoons Agar agar; (up to 5)

Directions

Water-sauteā€š the cantaloupe for about 10 minutes. Put in blender or food mill and puree with apple juice and tofu. Put mixture back in pan on the stove, add agar agar, simmer until dissolved, and pour in pie plate until hardened.

NOTES : This is a very unique, delicious, creamy pie. It has a subtle taste and hardens nicely.
