2 | Boxes of Fettucini noodles (up to 3) | |
¼ | teaspoon | EV Olive Oil |
3 | ounces | Parmesan(Romano) Cheese |
½ | cup | EV Olive Oil |
½ | cup | Fat Free Sour Cream |
2 | tablespoons | Parsley |
¼ | teaspoon | White Pepper |
¼ | teaspoon | Rosemary |
¼ | teaspoon | Basil |
¼ | teaspoon | Tarragon |
Directions
ALFREDO SAUCE
Put water to boil, and when it boils add the noodles. To keep the noodles from sticking, put in EV Olive Oil, let the pasta boil until it's as firm or soft as you want it. Drain off the water, and add the Alfredo Sauce.
Alfredo Sauce: Combine the ingredients. For added flavor you may want to add some Cooking Wine, whatever flavor you like.
