¾ cup Chopped onion
1 Clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Mexene chili powder
1 tablespoon Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Ground cumin
½ teaspoon Sugar
1 can Tomato sauce, 8 ounce size
1 cup Water

Directions

brown meat, onion, garlic together, then drain excess fat. Stir in remaining ingredients, mix well. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
