Middle eastern pesto

1 Half cup

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Fresh parsley
½ cup Fresh coriander
3 Cloves of garlic
¼ cup Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Ground cumin
teaspoon Cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

In food processor or blender, blend parsley, fresh coriander and garlic until finely chopped. Blend in lemon juice, salt, paprika, cumin and cayenne. Add olive oil; process until incorporated. Taste; adjust seasoning if necessary. Source: The Toronto Star Newspaper.
