Midwest spam salad - rosann de voe

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Miracle Whip Or Similar
Dressing
1 tablespoon Prepared Mustard
3 tablespoons Sugar
¼ teaspoon Pepper
pounds Green Peas, Frozen, thawed
And drained
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, Mild, diced
½ cup Bread And Butter Pickles, chopped
½ cup Onion, finely chopped
3 Hard-Boiled Eggs, chopped
1 can Low-Salt Spam, diced
Lettuce Leaves. if desired

Directions

In a large bowl, combine the dressing, mustard, sugar and pepper. Add the peas, cheese, pickles and onion. Toss gently to mix. Add the eggs and SPAM and stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, at least 2 hours. Serve on lettuce leaves if desired.
