Ingredients

1 | cup | Miracle Whip Or Similar |
Dressing | ||
1 | tablespoon | Prepared Mustard |
3 | tablespoons | Sugar |
¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
2½ | pounds | Green Peas, Frozen, thawed |
And drained | ||
1 | cup | Cheddar Cheese, Mild, diced |
½ | cup | Bread And Butter Pickles, chopped |
½ | cup | Onion, finely chopped |
3 | Hard-Boiled Eggs, chopped | |
1 | can | Low-Salt Spam, diced |
Lettuce Leaves. if desired |
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the dressing, mustard, sugar and pepper. Add the peas, cheese, pickles and onion. Toss gently to mix. Add the eggs and SPAM and stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, at least 2 hours. Serve on lettuce leaves if desired.
