Mint chocolate brownie pie

15 ounces Pack all ready pie crusts
1 teaspoon Flour
Filling:
1 cup Semi sweet mint chocolate
Chips
15 ounces Pack fudge brownie mix
cup Water
1 Egg
1 ounce (1 square) melted chocolate
1 pint Softened vanilla ice cream

Directions

Prepare pie crust according to pack directions for filled one crust pie using 9" pie pan. Heat oven to 375. Sprinkle mint chips over bottom of pie pan. In med bowl, combine brownie mix, water, egg & melted chocolate; beat 50 strokes with spoon. Spread over chips. Bake at 375 for 35 to 42 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream.
