1 tablespoon Olive oil;
1 tablespoon Dried leat mint OR;
3 tablespoons Chopped fresh Mint;

Directions

Trim stems from tomatoes and rince. In a large, non-stick skillet, heat oil. Cook tomatoes 3 minutes, stirring.
