Mixed vegetable stir fry in plum sauce

100 | grams | Snow peas; trimmed |
100 | grams | Button mushrooms; halved |
¼ | cup | Shallots; sliced |
1 | tablespoon | Fresh coriander; chopped |
1 | tablespoon | Plum sauce |
Directions
1 . Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan. Saute brussels sprouts, capsicum and garlic for 2 minutes.
