Mock blue cheese dressing

Ingredients

¾ cup Buttermilk
¼ cup Lowfat cottage cheese
2 teaspoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Blue cheese; crumbled
1 teaspoon Fresh lemon juice
teaspoon Pepper
teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Celery seed
4 drops Hot sauce

Directions

In a food processor, combine all ingredients. Chill and serve over green salad. Makes 6 2-tablespoon servings: 33 cals. 3 g protein. 1 g fat. 0.3 g carb, 148 mg sodium, 3 mg chol.
