Bleu cheese dressing #2

Ingredients

4 | ounces | Bleu cheese; crumbled |
1 | Jar (16-oz) Hellmann's mayonnaise | |
¼ | cup | Water |
¼ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
1½ | tablespoon | Monosodium glutamate |
Coarsely ground pepper to taste | ||
2 | tablespoons | Salad oil |
Directions
In a bowl, mix Bleu cheese and mayonnaise. Add water, garlic powder, MSG, pepper and oil. Mix well. Chill before serving. A small amount of water can be added if dressing is too thick.
For a creamy Bleu cheese dressing, mix all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Keeps well in refrigerator. Yield: 2 cups.
