Mom's baked ham and noodles (sunka fleky)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 ounces Medium; (wide) noodles
2 cups Ground leftover ham; (if you don’t have leftover ham, by imported boiled ham or a center cut with bone-in ham slice)
2 cups Milk
3 larges Eggs
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook noodles in boiling salted water until barely tender ( DO NOT OVERCOOK). Drain well. Combine noodles, ham, milk beaten with eggs, and seasonings. Pour into greased casserole (my mother used a loaf pan) and bake at 350 degrees F. for about an hour or until center is set.
