Ingredients

1 cup Basic white sauce [Bechamel]
½ cup Cheddar cheese; grated
Mustard
Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Prepare basic white sauce and stir in cheese until melted. Optionally season with mustard or worcestershire sauce.
