| 3 | smalls | Bananas; sliced | 
| ¼ | cup | Grape Nuts | 
| ¼ | cup | Firm tofu; sliced | 
| 1 | tablespoon | Wheat germ | 
Directions

In a blender, mix orange juice, oatmeal and honey with bananas 1 minute on medium speed.
Add cereal, tofu and wheat germ and blend for 1 more minute.
