Mozzarella and tomato with lemon dijon dressing

¼ | cup | Grey Poupon Country Dijon Mustard |
2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
2 | teaspoons | Fresh basil leaves, finely chopped |
½ | teaspoon | Sugar |
3 | mediums | Tomatoes, sliced |
6 | ounces | Mozzarella cheese, sliced |
2 | cups | Mixed salad greens |
¼ | cup | Pitted ripe olives, coarsely chopped |
Chopped fresh basil leaves |
Directions
In small bowl, whisk oil, mustard, lemon juice, basil and sugar; set aside.
Arrange tomato and cheese slices over salad greens on serving platter. Top with chopped olives and basil leaves; garnish as desired. Drizzle with prepared dressing before serving.
