Mozzarella and tomato with lemon dijon dressing

Ingredients

cup Olive oil
¼ cup Grey Poupon Country Dijon Mustard
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 teaspoons Fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
½ teaspoon Sugar
3 mediums Tomatoes, sliced
6 ounces Mozzarella cheese, sliced
2 cups Mixed salad greens
¼ cup Pitted ripe olives, coarsely chopped
Chopped fresh basil leaves

Directions

In small bowl, whisk oil, mustard, lemon juice, basil and sugar; set aside.

Arrange tomato and cheese slices over salad greens on serving platter. Top with chopped olives and basil leaves; garnish as desired. Drizzle with prepared dressing before serving.
