15½ ounce Cranberry bread mix
1 cup Water
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
1 Egg
16 ounces Pears drained and finely chopped
½ cup Chopped almonds
¼ teaspoon Ground ginger

Directions

======================================================= ============== ==== == Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir until the dry ingredients are moistened.

Pour the batter into a 9 x 5 loaf pan that has been coated with the nonstick baking spray and bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove the loaf from the oven and allow to cool for 15 minutes, then remove from the pan and cool completely. Use immediately or keep tightly wrapped until ready to use.
