20 | ounces | Frozen green peas, thawed and drained |
1 | cup | Green bell pepper strips, cut in half |
1 | cup | Chopped cucumber |
½ | cup | Sliced scallions |
⅓ | cup | Mayonnaise |
⅓ | cup | Plain yogurt |
3 | tablespoons | Grated Parmesan cheese |
1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
1½ | teaspoon | Dried dillweed |
1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
¼ | teaspoon | Black pepper |

======================================================= ============== ==== == Place the cooled rotini in a large bowl and toss with the remaining ingredients, except the dressing. Cover and chill until ready to use. Just before serving, in a small bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients.
