3 cups Cooked rotini pasta , cooled
16 ounces Shredded Swiss cheese
10 ounces Frozen cut green beans, thawed and drained
20 ounces Frozen green peas, thawed and drained
1 cup Green bell pepper strips, cut in half
1 cup Chopped cucumber
½ cup Sliced scallions
cup Mayonnaise
cup Plain yogurt
3 tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
teaspoon Dried dillweed
1 teaspoon Sugar
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Cover and chill until ready to use. Just before serving, in a small bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients.
