Mr. food's pineapple banana cake

3 cups All-purpose flour
2 cups Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
3 mediums Ripe bananas, diced (about 2 cups)
cup Vegetable oil
teaspoon Vanilla extract
8 ounces Crushed pineapple, undrained
2 Eggs, lightly beaten

Directions

======================================================= ============== ==== == In a large bowl, with a spoon, stir together all of the ingredients except the eggs. Add the eggs and stir until well combined. Pour the batter into a 9" x 13" baking dish or a 10-inch Bundt pan that has been coated with nonstick baking spray.

Bake for 60 NOTE: Serve as is or top with whipped cream or your favorite fresh or thawed frozen fruit.
