2 | tablespoons | Dry sherry |
1 | tablespoon | Fresh chives |
1 | pounds | Fettuccine or your favorite pasta; cooked |
Directions
In a saucepan, saute the onion and mushrooms in the butter.
Add the cream, sherry and chives. Cook until the liquid reduces and thickens. Pour the fettuccine on top, toss, and serve.
