Chicken mushroom quiche

1 | cup | Chopped cooked chicken |
1 | each | Unbaked pie shell |
1 | can | Mushrooms (4 Oz.) |
¼ | cup | Chopped green onions |
1½ | cup | Shredded Swiss cheese |
3 | eaches | Eggs |
1 | can | Evaporated milk |
Cayenne pepper | ||
Nutmeg |
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Add cayenne pepper to taste. Bake the pie shell for 5minutes. Put half of the cheese into the bottom. Sprinkle in the chicken, mushrooms, onions and the rest of the cheese.
Slightly beat the eggs, then add milk and pepper. Pour the mixture over the filling. Sprinkle the top with nutmeg. Bake 10 minutes.
Lower oven temperature to 325 degrees. Bake 20 minutes more.
