Mushroon sauce

Ingredients

1 cup Mushrooms;(stem/pieces)
1 cup Beef broth;
pinch Pepper;
2 teaspoons All purpose flour;
1 teaspoon Cornstarch;
2 tablespoons Water;
Vegetable Oil or butter;

Directions

Coat a frypan lightly with oil or butter. Add mushrooms; stir-cook 2-3 minutes until mushrooms look a bit dry. Add broth and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Stir flour and cornstarch into water to form a smooth paste or shake together in a small screw-top jar.

Add to mushroom mixture and stir-cook about 2 minutes until sauce thickens.
