Mushroon sauce

1 | cup | Beef broth; |
pinch | Pepper; | |
2 | teaspoons | All purpose flour; |
1 | teaspoon | Cornstarch; |
2 | tablespoons | Water; |
Vegetable Oil or butter; |
Directions
Coat a frypan lightly with oil or butter. Add mushrooms; stir-cook 2-3 minutes until mushrooms look a bit dry. Add broth and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Stir flour and cornstarch into water to form a smooth paste or shake together in a small screw-top jar.
Add to mushroom mixture and stir-cook about 2 minutes until sauce thickens.
