Nachos supreme

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
7½ ounce Taco Flavored Tortilla Chips
1½ cup Green Pepper; Minced
1½ cup Tomatoes; Chopped
1½ cup Mushrooms; Minced
¾ cup Celery; Minced
¾ cup Onion; Minced
2 cups Mild Cheddar Cheese; Grated

Directions

Preheat oven to 500 degrees.

1. Coat cookie sheet with nonstick baking spray.

2. Place layer of chips on cookie sheet; add layers of pepper, tomatoes, and mushrooms.

3. mix celery and onion together and sprinkle over other ingredients.

4. Cover with cheese.

5. Place under broiler 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese has melted. Serve hot.
